First day

Finally decided to do something about my body. I always say that i am going to do something to tone my body and make me feel better about myself, but i always loose my motivation not long after i have started. This time i really want it to be different. I want a flat stomach and tone arms and legs. Im tired of feeling lathargic and self concious and I admit that I despiratly need to do something in order to feel happy about myself.

    I am completely the same way. I have always thought about joining a gym and getting into shape .... but ...just haven't. I also want to tone stomach, arms and legs. My motivation mainly has been not putting it off, and making it part of my weekly schedule.( I have been a member of a gym for a week so I'm a beginner :) )
