First (1/2) day

So, since I just found this site about 3 hours ago, I don't really have the whole day to log in. And considerin up until dinner I ate complete crap all day. Although it wasn't large in quantity, what I ate was just horrendous. Dinner was delicious though. I found it on Pinterest and it's called a pepperoni cauliflower bake. I substituted skim milk for heavy cream, low fat butter for regular, and turkey pepperoni for regular. I also used all reduced fat cheese. It was absolutely delicious and so filling. I only ate about a half cup, and am not hungry at all.
Other than that I completed my first workout today! I am always so unmotivated before the workout, I dont know if it's fear or what. Then I work out and I feel so wonderful and accomplished. I did the At Home Total Body workout from the website. 
But, I am so pumped up about this new journey. I am more motivated than ever and just hope I remember how wonderful I feel right now when I am unmotivated, and how great I felt about myself when I wasn't so heavy.
Maybe by summer I'll actually have the confidence to go out for a run or something. I've always wanted to do a 5k or take up running, but I'm too embarrased to do it.
Here's to looking towards the future.
