Finishing out the week

Yesterday was a full upper body workout with emphasis on doing 5 sets each.  Next week upping the weight and going back to 3 sets till it feels good and then back to maxing on 5 sets.

Feeling great doing the yoga on my off training days.  Wow does it help to keep those muscles from getting sore.  By far sun salutes are my favorite.  Glad I learned it for meditation and toning.

Just ordered my replacement resistance bands to compliment my free weight workouts and while I am away from the gym.  I should have them sometime next week.

Feeling much better already, not as fatigued as I used to be.  Lets keep the ball moving!
