Finally remembered where to go to start a workout log...

I remember browsing the logs a long time ago, was going to start one, then completely zoned and forgot where I was supposed to go. Then I saw the huge link today and felt like an idiot. Anyway, let this be my introductory entry--I'll get with the details in subsequent entries. I don't want to be the only one without a log!
I will say that I felt great today. Popped out of bed easily before 4 a.m., packed up my meals and my work clothes and was in the gym by 5:05. Usually it is closer to 5:15 or 5:20. I felt strong during my workout, like I'm ready to move up my barbell weight for the squats next week. 90 lbs. felt easy whereas a few weeks ago one leg was compensating for the other on the last few reps. Today I didn't 4 sets of 15 easily (with 4 sets of jump squats in between, as I mentioned). One day I was on a squat machine watching a tiny girl perhaps early twenties squatting 130 lbs. I was aghast...she really was small, not muscley looking at all. So...I'm working my way up to 130 lbs. Slowly. I had some soreness in my right knee and I don't want to push it. A woman at work recently had knee surgery and I don't want to end up there. It wasn't really pain, just soreness, so I think I'm okay. Just being wary.
Anyway, I was full of energy when I got to work. Often, I'm ready to take a nap on my keyboard. Of course, I did have a cup of bold brewed Starbucks as backup.
Okay, how's that for an intro?
