One Arm Dumbbell Rows 12x25, 12x40, 12x40, 12x40
Machine Presses 12x70, 11x90, 7x90, 5x90
Standing Lateral Raises 14x12.5, 12x15, 12x15, 8x15
Seated Dumbbell Presses 14x20, 12x25, 10x30, 9x30
Standing Barbell Curl 12x30, 12x40, 12x40, 6x45
Machine Bicep Curls 7x20, 12x20, 8x25, 9x25
could not finish abs and oblique due to time constraint. Need to find a way to work out faster on mondays. Overall a good workout. Body is really starting to take a good shape.
