Finally Caught Up

Not on sleep, though. That still is waaaaayyyyy behind. Got caught up on the workouts I missed due to being sick last week. I combined chest and back to get it done. My goal is to do at least one more rep than I did the last time. I managed to do that. Here it is:
Usual Warm Up
Bench Press 15X95 12X105 8X115 6X115
Wide Grip Lat
Pull Downs 15X100 12X110 8X110 6X120
Incline DB
Press 15X25 12X30 10X35 6X40
Seated Low Rows 15X90 12X100 8X100 6X110
Flat Bench
DB Press 15X25 12X30 9X35 8X35
It was funny to see my chest twitching under my t-shirt as I lifted. I guess that means this is working. lol...
