Finally Able To Get Back!

Three days of whatever hit me left me feeling really weak. But, this morning I did feel good enough to give it a go, and I'm glad I did. Plus, since it's the weekend and all I did sleep in late. Sleeping well has been a long-standing problem with me. I may have to go to one of those clinics soon if things don't get better. Anyway, here we go...

Usual warm up: 5:30 on treadmill at 4mph with a 1% grade.

Straight Bar Curls: 15X50 12X55 10X60 8X65
Alt. Dumbell Curls: 15X15 8X20 8X20 7X20
Seated Hammer Curls: 15X10 12X15 10X15 6X20 Really felt this.
Assisted Dips: 15X20 8X19 5X18 5X17 2nd number setting of assisted weight
Machine Seated Tri
Pushdowns: 15X50 12X60 10X60 7X70 Oh my...these flet so good!
V-Bar Pushdowns: 13X50 6X60 5X60 3X70

My arms feel like they are on fire. Really a great pumped up feeling today.

22 Minutes HIIT on the elliptical.
