You know, you never think your life is going to get as complicated as it does. Thank goodness for that simple time at the gym I can get again. I have decided to use the FT program for now, since it will mean one less thing I have to plan every day. Here goes:
Machine shoulder press 15X50 12X60 10X65 8X70
Standing DB Lateral raise 14X10 12X12 10X12 8X15
Front DB raise 8X15 6X15 4X20 3X20
Crunches: 2X15 (10 lb plate on chest)
Leg Raises: 2X15 (these kill me)
Seated Twists: 2X15 (done on stability ball for a little extra effort.)
25 minutes HIIT on elliptical
It feels good to be back. Now, if everything else would just calm down!
