Feeling shy about working out.
I am feeling kind of shy about my work outs. I am going to buy a treadmill so I can watch TV and get a work out in. I have been trying to keep busy and adding more walking and out side time to my days. I have been cheating but like on food options. Like i will have a mini snickers or a a few teddy grahams. Nothing to crazy. I am still drinking alot of water.
