Feeling Pretty Good...Which Is Odd

Yeah, I admit it...I'm not the most optimistic person walking around. But the way I have felt for the last week or so has made me wonder why I didn't start this exercise thing earlier in life. Anyway, it was another fine day at the gym yesterday. I upped some stuff and did just fine. Here's what it looked like:
