Feelin' Crappy

I haven't felt this bad in quite a while. I'm sluggish and just unable to focus. Plus, it's about 85 de-freakin'-grees in the gym. Haven't they heard of something called air conditioning? Or maybe a few fans running? I was ready to pass out by the time I finished with the elliptical machine. Anyway, here goes:

DB Lunges: 25X11 25X7 30X4 30X4 (I officially hate these!)
Hack Squats: 140X12 160X12 180X6 200X6
Crunches: 10X15 25X15
Leg Raises: 2 Sets of 15
Seated Twists: 2 Sets of 15

25 minutes on the elliptical.
