Feel good today. Feeling my abs getting stronger.

Used the Firm Super Cardio with the weight training exercises from today. Exchanged rows for deadlifts--too hard on my back. Next week I am going to increase weight.
Ball Dumbbell Pull-overs were great. I haven't used the ball in a while and it was nice. Really felt the burn with the ab exercises today!
