Fat Loss I-B -- First Time!

Wow--scary tough workout. I actually went out and bought a watch ($9.99) at Target last night so I could time our breaks. It was tough to do with one watch for two people. Anyway, I was happy to be doing regular deadlifts again, even though it almost killed me:

Deadlifts 3 sets, 15x115 ea. superset with
Incline Chest Press, 3 sets, 15x25,15x25,12x30 plus 3x25 (to make the 15)

Bulgarian split squats: 3 sets, 15x15's ea. superset with
Mixed grip lat pulldowns: 3 sets, 15x100,15x100,15x90 (I was pretty worn out by this time.)

I really love what I could feel those split squats doing for my glutes, oh yeah. I tried these without weights last night using the swiss ball--that was tricky!

I ran out of time--only managed one set of the Romanian deadlifts, and only 8 reps. I think I will go back tonight and finish because not finishing drives me crazy. Although, even without completing the workout, Josie and I were both wiped out.

We decided to at least attempt the swiss ball lateral rolls--not sure if I get these. Will have to practice more--I don't even know what body part these are meant to focus on.

I had bumped up my cardio, but I'm slacking again. Not sure how much I really want to do.
