extremely bad princess!
ok, so 18 holes of golf followed by a chest and back workout 10 days after my mole removal probably doesn't fit in with the nurses instructions for no golf, nothing that stretches the back and no heavy lifting for a month, but I don't actually care.
Loved upper body lifting again :O)
press-ups: 2 x 12 on knees then 10, 8 proper.
bench press: 2x7.75x12 ; 2x9.5x10 ; 2x10.5x9
upright row: 2x6.5x12; 2x8.5x12; 2x10x10 ; 2x11.5x8
bent over row: 2x6.5x12; 2x7.75x12 ; 2x9x10; 2x10x8
crunches:10,10
vacuums:10,10
No problem with my stitches.
