End of Week 2

Woke up at 4:30, was at the gym by 5:00, was done by 7:00. Workout included, bicepts, tricepts and abs. Practiced basketball moves for 20-25 minutes afterwards.

1. EZ barbell weighs about 33 lbs.
2. Looking at pretty ladies too much may cause serious injuries (both physical and spiritual).
3. Preacher bench cannot be moved, so had to do the exercise in standing position.
4. Gotta buy workout gloves size M. They are sold for $10 at the gym. Same price for swimming glasses.
5. My back and shoulders feel much better. Will gradually resume exercising those muscles the week after next one.
6. Gotta take my picture before I get too bulky. (started working out in June 2005, after leading an inactive life for 7 years.
