Work off my easter egg!

Legs / Delts / Abs

10 min warm up on upright bike (prog 3 - level 4)

leg curl 3@40kg, 6 reps
extension 2@40kg, 11 + 9 reps
outer thigh 3@72.5kg, 9 reps
inner thigh 3@72.5kg, 4 reps
rotary calf 4@80kg

military press 2@10kg, 12 reps
standing lat raise 2@4kg, 10 reps
seated bent over
db lat raise 3@2kg

3x15 crunches/pulses
3x15 obliques (hyperextensions)
3x15 side to side crunches using medicine ball
2 x 40 secs plank + 20 secs on final one

Felt good on the work-out. Tomorrow am going for a ride on the bike.
