Double Split; uuggghhh!!!

I was asked to go to the gym at lunch by a co-worker. He said that he hasn't had a good workout since the last time we paired up.
5 minutes eliptical (gettin the blood a flowin)
Power Cleans
1x135
1x185
1x225
1x250(Yippee!!)
I stopped, he went on to do one more at 275.

I was done, but he went on to do 2x325

He went on to do more shoulder work, but my shoulders were toast since I had done them not to long ago. I went back to the eliptical for about 10 minutes. He wants to hit legs tomorrow, and of course wants me to go with him. Might just be a day of spotting him, and pushing him a little harder then he pushes himself. There is always the eliptical!!!
