DOCTOR GIVES ME A KICK IN THE ARSE!
well folks i know its been a little while due to stresses havent been posting a whole lot, but I AM SO FRIGGIN PUMPED TONIGHT I COULDNT EVEN WAIT FOR ME TO DOWNLOAD MY VIDEOS!!!!!
DR APPT posted in lifestyle to keep this short and available for free ft people...went bad and good bad enough to kick my motivation into high gear here is results:
had to cut it short due to dr appt stuff
pushup 10 of each style, reg, inc, decline
front squats: 95x5, 135x5, 155x5
squats(KNEW I WAS GOING FOR PR) so i did 4 rep sets:
135x7 warm ups, 205x4, 235x4, 285x4 (PR by one rep), THEN DECIDED TO CONQUER MY 300 DEMON 305x4 SCREAMING THE WHOLE WAY!!!!!!!
MIND: PSYCHO
BODY: FEEL LIKE I COULD RIP A TREE STRAGHT OUT THE GROUND!
