Day One Part II

Okay so following my very crappy morning I decided what better way to get over it then a work out. I had put in to this (my new best friend) the days I wanted to work out etc and decided to man up and start working out now. No time like the present. I decided to try almost all of the exercises (despite it saying choose one). I was sad I couldnt complete them all, only had 3 left, but it was a killer workout. With these exercises I will be back in shape and with all those killer definition lines that U so desperately want! :D I love this place already! It's like the workout fanatics dream place!! <3
