Day One of new journey.

Driking coffee for breakfast, then half cinnamon bagel with tbsp of cream cheese. Not looking to change the foods I eat at this time just the amount that I eat. Catering to three other VERY picky people make it hard to eat clean or healthy without making more work for myself than there already is. I am searching for a happy balance and this may be the only one I find at this time. Later today after my oldest gets out of school I plan to make a dream board with my girls to give us a little more motivation and some happiness in the gloom of their dad, my husband being in the hospital.
