Day One of my new attitude

Day One on the path to a better me! I was feeling discouraged about my weight and the lack of any reasonably priced gyms near my home (close enough to walk as I don't have a car) when I happened upon this website and decided... "what the heck... I'll try exercising at home" I have a hard time getting motivated to leave the house to go exercise anyways, so perhaps I will have better luck staying motivated if I don't have to go anywhere, but the living room. I picked a workout plan and jumped right in. I honestly expected it to be TOO easy, being that the weight was simply cans out of my cupboard, but surprisingly the workout was a little challenging. (not to the point that I couldn't finish it, but I did actually get a little winded and felt it. This is great! I CAN do this at home. I have found that  when I exercise it is MUCH easier to eat sensibly. I'm not sure why that is, b ut it could be something to do with not wanting to waste all that exercise on junk food. So now it's time to eat lunch. I think I'm gonna have tuna, no mayo, along with some salad greens and a great BIG glass of ice cold WATER :) Here's to getting HEALTHIER :)

    great start to the new you...stay focused...as you said you dont want to waste your efforts on junk food...best of luck....i'm starting tomorrow
