Day One- Core/Legs

Today I went to the gym from 12:15 to about 1:40...not my longest work out. I did all of the exercises except for the calf raises because someone was on the machine for too long. May I'll do them before bed.
The abs were hard for me but having a goal to reach is definitely helping me keep going.
I did all the correct amounts for legs and they are already sore. They were sore from my workout on Tuesday actually, but the workout today was pretty good too.
Overall for my first day with the training, I feel okay. Feeling a little chubby and I've been home all day since my workout.
