Day 8 Workout

Trying to keep with the flow of working out daily but these darn negative thoughts are trying to convince and discourage me from reaching my goals... Gah! I must and I will overcome these yucky thoughts and feelings from within!

Today's daily workout:

*60min. The Next Challenge Workout with weights w/ Cindy and Radu
*20min. Yoga for beginners w/Rodney Yee


Going to push through the negative thoughts and feelings to get where I want to be!

    4 Mile Super Challenge Workout done! Yay! So proud of myself for not giving up on today's workout. I'm going to hang on the inversion table for a good overall stretch then off to do my 20min. Yoga exercises. I'm happy I didn't give in to those negative thoughts and allow procrastination to sink in further. I'm feeling so much better now. =)

    Change of workout plan... * 4mile Super Challenge w/ Leslie Sansone * 20min. Yoga w/Rodney Yee Now, I'm going to get started after procrastinated for the last hours. I ate peanut brittle then some crackers and cheese topped w/pickle... now I'm good to go LOL. =) See what a little sweets can do to change the mood. Heheheee
