* 4 Mile Super Challenge Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee

Later on...

* Daily Definition w/ Jaime Brenkus for strength (maybe)
OR
* 30mins on the Treadmill -- Brisk Walking/Jogging
