Exercises for today are:
* 4 Mile Super Challenge Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* 30mins. Treadmill brisk walking in the evening (maybe)
Yoga ~ done! =)
4 Mile Super Challenge Power Walk ~ done! Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes ~ done!
Feeling so much better after getting in an exercise and hanging on the Inversion Table. Now off to do Yoga w/ Rodney.
