Day 73 Workout

Exercises set for today are:

* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee



May, or may not get these exercises done today due to a very hectic day and not feeling up to it.
