Well I skipped yesterday's workout. I kept telling myself I didn't have time but I knew that was just an excuse. There has been a lot of stress in my life lately and I find myself making more and more excuses to not do things that are good for me. So, today I managed to drag myself out of bed and workout. I t was a good workout and I'm happy that I completed it. I am however very tired and ready for a nap. Atleast one thing has gone right for me today.
