Day 51 Workout

Today's exercises are:
* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* Daily Definition "Cardio" w/ Jaime Brenkus
2-10mins. of Relaxing Meditative music to destress the mind and body.
Yoga ~ done! =D
Feeling good about being back working out after too many days off.
3 Mile Walk w/ Leslie Sansone ~ done! Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes ~ done! Off to do my beginners Yoga w/ Rodney Yee! =D
I shoveled a lot of snow today... so that's also added to my daily workouts for Day 51.
