Day 5

Day 5 of my diet and training and this is officially the longest diet i have ever been on.
Starting the circuit training next week for 8 weeks so gunna see how that goes.
Notice slight difference in stomach after only 5 days without doing any cardio.
Hamstrings and calfs sore after leg workout walking like a zombie since yesterday lol.
