* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* Daily Definition "Cardio" w/ Jaime Brenkus ((maybe))
