Day 4 of Week 8!
Today was cardio day. I noticed that I find just thinking about HIIT extremly exhausting, so I couldn't get myself to do it today. Instead I did regular cardio which burned me out as well.
35 min. cardio (stationary bike) cross-country course
-lowest resistance: 5
-highest resistance: 19
-lowest speed: 55 SPM
-highest speed: 70 SPM
-avarage speed: 62 SPM (tried to stay at a high intensity for most of the course)
3 min. warm up............3 min. cool off
-distance: 7.2 miles
-calories burned: 465
30 min. total body stretching
I decided to not do any ab exercises today since my abs are still killing me from last time. And I haven't done a nice long relaxing stretching routine in a while. It felt soooo good. I love stretching :)
