Day 36 Workout

Exercises set for today are:
* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 15min. Daily Definition "Gut and Butt" w/ Jaime Brenkus
* 10-30mins. Mindful Meditation (I gotta stop skipping this!)
Don't Quit! Keep going and never give up!
15min. Daily Definition "Gut and Butt" ~~ done! =D That was a super challenging one to do. Burn baby burn goes my abs and butt! Lol
Yoga ~~ done!
3 Mile Power Walk ~~ done! Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes ~~ done! Now off to do my 20min. Yoga session w/ Rodney Yee. Then afterwards Daily Definition "Gut and Butt" w/ Jaime Brenkus. =)
