Today's exercises are:


* 3 or 4 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 15min. Daily Definition "Gut and Butt" w/ Jaime Brenkus

and

* 10-30mins. Mindful Meditation

    Ended up too busy... didn't do any of these workouts yesterday. Going to try to get day 35 workout done today! =)
