Today's exercises are:
* 3 Mile Power Walk w/ Leslie Sansone
* 20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
* Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
* 15min. Daily Definition "Upper Body" w/ Jaime Brenkus
10-30min. Mindful Meditation
Keep "Mindful" and "Present"!
Missed the Upper Body workout. Going to do this today on day 33 workout.
Beginners Yoga with Rodney~~ done!
3 Mile Power Walk ~~ done! Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes~~ done! Now off to do my 20min. Yoga with Rodney. =D
