Day 3, 4

Ok, I knew the lack of nutrition would kick in, and it is. Let's see...
Day 3 (Sat) Slept late. So sore from 1st at home workout and late night heavy meal. Did have a nice WOG though, definitely improving, but my nutrition sucked and I knew it would catch up with me. I'm not eating poorly, just not eating often enough, more like going all day not eating then eating 1200 cal right before bed. Ugh! Also slowing down on my water intake... bad idea. Went out Sat night, made sensible choices but got home very late. It's now day 4 (Sun) and haven't done anything but exercise my pup and recoup on the couch. I've got VB again tonight, but basically blew today off and I'm disappointed. Concerned about upcoming week since I always struggle more when I have my son with me. So I'm logging off and getting my schedule for the week figured out. Wish me luck!
