Day 3

So following signing up and completing the first workout on here things have gone from okay to great! I went to the gym on Saturday. Worked out, went swimming, the jacuzzi and the sauna. It was a lovely day and got me really pumped. Today I felt I had the energy to do the workout and could feel the stretches too. I now realise that I need to buy heavier weights, more workout clothes and also one of those arm things for my phone. Also is anyone able to recommend any good protein shakes? TRX tomorrow, early night :D

    You don't need to spend a lot of money first. Look for a powder that has at least 25 to 30 grams of protein per scoop. The lower the fat content the better. Overall calories vary too along with fat grams. Read labels !!! Get the highest of the good stuff and lowest of the bad stuff. We get ours from Walmart which is a giant cheap food and junk store. I don't know if Walmart is in Ireland but you undoubtedly have discount stores. Go there.
