Day 3

Week 1, day 3. It's hard to work my routine in with a busy schedule but I'm already starting to feel results. feel stronger, better, confident. Noticing healthier changes in my attitude and my skin.

lunch was green pepper and carrot slices, homemade ranch dip, a cheesestick, cup of blueberries, and a glass of juice.
breakfast was some koala krisp cereal, and I diced up some strawberries and banana slices to put in it.
Very good to get in the habit of putting fruits or veggies with every meal.
