Day 2 Strength Training

Quick cardio warmup- too cold to run outside.
Abs: twisting crunch feels more effective than seated twist.
Legs: used unweighted bar for everything but lunges. Front squats were hard, cross arm grip helped with holding because my chest is still sore from yesterday. I feel like I could do more weight for deadlifts but everything I have is too heavy, and I think weights would help my form because the bar is so low and it is difficult to keep my back straight and fully use by legs to lift. Definitely need to focus on lifting with legs fully and not using back or arms. Lunges killed me, just used 10 lb dumbbells but had to break during sets.
Legs are already sore.
