Day 2: PM

Completed 1st at home workout. It was ok. Considering the immense week, I did well. There were plenty of times and reasons to back out and I didn't. I completed two full days with the ups and downs of life and didn't beat myself up for not doing them perfectly, and cut myself some slack. Unto day 3.
