Day 2 (part 2)

Just home from the gym, did not fancy it at all because the weather in Scotland is ridiculous at the moment!  Pitch black, windy, cold, rainy... but I went.  Yesterday I decided to do 20 mins on the cross trainer and 15 on the bike but today I did 25 mins on the cross trainer then 20 on the bike, the extra 10 mins burned an extra 100 cals.  If you are ever swithering about whether or not to go to the gym just try to remember any time you've ever been and regretted it.  <3 x

    So true! Here we have about half a foot of snow - not bad for this time of year - and it's -15 C. You spend the better part of 20 minutes just trying to warm up enough to begin your warmup. When the weather is at it's worst, it is actually the best time to work out because it releases tons of endorphins that help battle the winter blahs.
