Day 2 of Week 5!

I don't know what it is exactly, but I feel like I need a break from working out. Maybe I'm still doing to much. It's so challanging to find the right ballance for exercise and diet, but all worth it in the end I'm sure.

30 min. cardio (stationary bike) interval resistance program
-Highest resistance: 18
-Lowest resistance: 12
-Highest speed: 61 SPM
-Lowest speed: 50 SPM
warm up 2 min..............cool down 5 min.
-distance: 6.6 miles
-calories burned: 435

Lunges (2 sets; BW; 20 reps)

20 min. total body stretching
