Day 2

Week 1, day 2! I been exercising loosely my whole life; this is my first try at a regular routine.
Had a rough morning, wasn't sure I was up to exercising, but I did it. Already feeling better. If you're sad, it's harder to make yourself do it, but it's more worth it in the end! since it cheers you up.

I do home routine Mon/Wed/Fri
I do ball routine Tues/Thurs
