Day 2

Yesterday was my 2nd time. I had a much better experience this time. I went in confident, got right on the elliptical for 15 minutes just to get my heart rate up then went from machine to machine working out different areas of my body for an all over fitness. I felt a lot weaker than the day before, my muscles were really sore and my legs felt really heavy, but I kept at it.
