Day 15 - SWAPSIES!!

Hello lovelies!  Today I was thinking about my new diet and how I have basically swapped everything!  Pasta for brown rice, fizzy drinks for water, tea for green tea, I have 1 main thing for dinner and just add loads of veg.  I swapped my breakfast of a couple of bowls of ceral or a bagel with jam for a bowl of porridge with sweetner, if I am going to the gym in the morning I just have a banana first.  When I go out for dinner I don't drink wine now and I have filter coffee instead of a latte.  The trick seems to be to keep it interesting.  Nobody is going to survive if they only eat carrots and drink water!  Mix it up!  Anyone got any nice ideas for lunch?  I burn most of my calories in the morning or the evening so try to avoid carbs at lunch.  Getting bored of omlettes and salad xx

    Some of my staples are: Veggies with hummus, Cottage cheese with berries, salmon & cooked veggies, Chicken breast and veggies or salad, Yogurt & frozen berry protein shake ( when at home) These do have carbs, but they are low on the glycemic index and won't spike your sugar levels. I find if you have no carbs at lunch by 4 you crash and feel like you could fall asleep at your desk.
