day 11

ok i know my last flog on here said day 13 or something like that but i got off track and had to start over again and now this is day 11 of my diet and exercise, i walked already from 11:16 to 11:49, and i have the Nike plus fitness thing on my iPod and it said i took 3,830 steps and burned 152 calories and that i walked 1.76 miles. i think i've done good so far and i'm fixing to go do the workout DVD i was keeping up with doing, i've kinda slacked off of doing that but i'm gonna try to keep up with doing it again and continue losing weight and getting toned. :D
