Feeling good today, but not sure if I'll be doing any workouts. If I do... here's my exercising for today.

*60min. 4 Mile Super Challenge w/ Leslie Sansone
*20min. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee

Or

*30min. Teadmill brisk walk
