Day 1: On My Own

Today will be my first day back to the gym, on my own, since 2010.  In 2010, I had a life threatening illness which still haunts me, but I can't let it run my life. I need to work out not only for physical fitness but for mental fitness as well.  I had an introductory training session on Friday and I felt really good about it.  I was happy to feel the pain of a good workout on yesterday.  Today, I am sad and afraid, but I am pushing forward. I am going to work on meeting my goal of building a stronger mind and living up to my potential.  My weekly training schedule is a must in my plan to move forward. Thank you freetrainers!  I have used you off an on for years. This website is a great support.  So glad I found you and that you are still here for me and countless others.  Sincerely,
