Day 1 of Week 8!

Felt really good today, happy with myself and the results I'm starting to see. I'm also looking forward to my week off. I'm still trying to decide if I should take it off completely or if I should do 2 or 3 cardio days, in which case it's really not a week off for me. Hmmmm, .....

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs & Calfs-

10 min. cardio (stationary bike) warm up

target muscle stretching

-Seated Single Leg Presses (3 sets per leg; 80-110lbs; 12 reps)
-Leg Extensions (3 sets; 30-50lbs; 15 reps)
-Leg Presses (3 sets; 120-180lbs; 15 reps)
-Single Leg Calf Raises on Leg Press (4 sets per leg; 120-180lbs; 12 reps)
-Outer Thigh Machine (3 sets; 60-80lbs; 15 reps)
-Inner Thigh Machine (3 sets; 70-90lbs; 15 reps)
-Ball Wall Squat (3 sets; 30lbs; 12 reps)
-Lunges (3 sets; 10lbs; 12 reps)
