I am addicted to sugar. However, I am also addicted to working out. I love all types of exercise, especiallly swimming and workouts on the stability ball. today I weighed in at 234. My goal is 180. I was 400 pounds, and had gastric bypass 9 years ago. I have about 30 pounds of excess skin, so 180 looks good on me. I have been there before, but life happened and I quit my regular workouts. I would love a personal trainer, but they are too expensive. I am hoping to use this website as a guide. I also have a memory like a sieve, so I have trouble remembering workout regimes if I don't use them regularly.
