For the past month, I have really been working on my portion control and eating more appropriate foods.  I have increased my workout schedule to really include more cardio as I really focused on the weights more than anything.  This past month has been hard as my weight has not dropped.  I came across this company and was able to schedule a plan for cardio and weight loss for weight training.  I am excited to have a consistent schedule and knowing exactly what I want to do when I go to the gym. 

Here is to a hard working month and starting to lose some extra weight!
